With Leveled Assist Notary Service. your local notary, your documents are notarized with permission from your state. Each state’s laws are different for notarization. If it is permissible to conduct remote notary service on it in your state, you may sign it on Leveled Assist Notary Service. You don’t require special equipment, but you must submit an electronic version of your document. We support many file formats like PDFs. 

After scheduling your appointment, you will get an initial confirmation. Once we confirm with a notary, you will get a second email confirming the time and place, as well as our contact information, and we will come to you anywhere you are to this item. 

If you want a document signed that requires a witness, you’ll have to inform us via mail before making your appointment.
A witness can be provided if necessary.

In a traditional notary session, the signer must appear in the physical presence of the notary public. 

With the prevailing need for social distancing, the ability to be in the physical presence of a notary is a difficult and impractical task.
With remote online notary, however, there is no requirement that the signer and the notary be physically present with one another for the notarization to be valid and legal. Instead, the signer can be deemed to be legally “appearing” by two-way webcam.
Because the signer can appear by video conference, they can be located anywhere in the world during the notary session. And the notarial act will be legally valid under state law. Needless to say, this aspect of online notary makes the process dramatically faster, easier, and safer than an in-person traditional or mobile notary service.
